1. I will lead, take action and advocate for change as a school board member for the best system we can create together.

2. I am a leader who listens, identifies barriers and takes action for progress.

3. I will push for higher standards to improve low scores and prioritize the Whole needs of our students and families, teachers and staff and the community to get to top performance.

4. I will support our teachers and staff and the Edgecombe Association of Educators in their efforts to get a Meet and Confer Policy with the school board to have a voice for change and improvement.

5. I will build bridges across our new whole county district and our new District 5.

6. Let’s build a thriving future for students, parents, teachers, staff and our communities.
